In preparation of our 2012 budget year, we have managed to maintain a relatively modest increase of 3.5% to last year's maintenance fee which is in accordance to the Consumer Price Index increase as well as to offset partially the Operating loss the Developer incurred over the last 4 years. The maintenance fee continues to remain one of the lowest in comparison to some of the other timeshare properties in Aruba and also is .5% less than the 2011 increase.

Large Suite: $779.00
